Dr. Lew Sterrett: uses horses to illustrate basic relational principles which govern all human relationships. This dynamic means of visual training has proven beneficial to all levels of leadership. Lew will use multiple demonstrations with horses to illustrate the relationship between the coach and the player to help them take their coaching to another level.

Wade Salem: is the Founder and Executive Director of Coaching 4 Life (www.coaching4life.ws) and has been instrumental in creating a network of coaches that is on the cutting-edge of developing the “Complete Player” through sports. He has taught many coaches to go beyond the basic strategies and fundamentals of the games they coach and has helped to give them tools to capture the heart of their players.
