How to Schedule Your Own Retreat
  1. Select two or three possible dates.
  2. Call on availability of dates (814) 664 -7673.
  3. Fill out and return the Information Sheet.
  4. We will call you to confirm dates and send out a contract packet for dates agreed upon along with other necessary forms and information.
  5. Select a topic for the retreat.
  6. Fill out and return Guest Group Retreat Agreement with a 20% deposit within two weeks of receiving it.
  7. Have appropriate forms filled out by participants and returned to you.
  8. Call MMRM to confirm total number attending two weeks before retreat date.
  9. Arrive at MMRM at scheduled time and report to the registration office with payment and forms.
  10. Enjoy the retreat.

Booking Procedure

Holding a Date: As a prospective retreat group, you may request a 'HOLD' be placed on the camp calendar for up to two weeks. By the end of this period, the dates must either be confirmed or the 'HOLD' is removed from the calendar.

Confirming a Date: Dates being held on the calendar are confirmed when Miracle Mountain Ranch receives and signs the Guest Group Retreat Agreement accompanied by a deposit.

Deposit: A fee of 20% of the contract guarantee (based on minimum group size) is required as a deposit to confirm a retreat date. Your contract for use of the Ranch facilities is confirmed when we receive the deposit and both the guest group coordinator and the Camp Director sign the Retreat agreement.

Cancellation: If a cancellation is made over 90 days in advance of the intended retreat date, $50.00 of your deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within 90 days of the intended retreat date you will lose your entire deposit. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the intended retreat date the group is obligated to pay the full fee of the minimum number guaranteed unless we are able to book another retreat in your stead. In that case, only your deposit would be lost.

Final Payment: The fee balance is determined at the start of your retreat. Payment should be made at that time.
